TERMS OF SALE

2. Products

IKIPU sells streetwear garments (t-shirts, caps, and accessories) organised into numbered "Chapters." Product descriptions and photographs are provided with the greatest care. Slight colour variations may appear depending on your screen.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), all taxes included. Shipping costs are shown before final order confirmation.

4. Order and Payment

Orders are placed directly on ikipu-story.com. Payment is securely processed via Shopify Payments. An order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.

5. Shipping

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. IKIPU makes every effort to meet these timeframes but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. A tracking number is provided once your order ships.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without needing to give a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact IKIPU at ikipu@ikipu-story.com, stating your order number.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on IKIPU's part (defective or incorrect item).

Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days after the returned item is received, using the original payment method.

Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made products.

7. Legal Warranty of Conformity

All products sold benefit from the legal guarantees applicable under Finnish and European Union law, including in cases of non-conformity or hidden defects.

9. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing agreement, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Finnish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory rights consumers may have under the laws of their EU country of residence.
